Multi-screen breaks down those silos and allows content to be consumed seamlessly across different silos. Using consumer research, Alcatel-Lucent has determined the market for such programming. Consumers want it and service providers see multi-screening as an opportunity to build a stronger relationship with the subscriber by offering new services no one else can provide.
