ABSTRACT:
Speaker Dan Langin addresses three compliance initiatives that affect many companies whether or not the companies are in a regulated industry or not: the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). He provides an overview of each of these laws and then discusses some of the common compliance threads in these three different laws, as well as a little bit about the Tripwire solution. He concludes with a brief discussion of the resources available to learn more about these issues.
