This paper examines how Atos Origin's approach to implementing Master Data Management (MDM) is based on our Lifecycle Data Management (LDM) methodology and ensures success by delivering not only a master data backbone but also a complete and cohesive solution based on three core areas: people, process and technology. This standardized approach reduces risk to the organization and provides benefits at an early stage by allowing business benefits to be tracked and reported throughout the project lifecycle to implementation and operation.
